Educational Programs

A guided tour of the Hunter House Victorian Museum is just the beginning of the variety of offerings presented at the museum. Pick up a walking tour brochure at the museum for the Freemason Historic District and wander through this fabulous neighborhood. Educational programs are available for public and private school groups as well as for home-schooled groups. Girl Scout visits are quite frequent as the museum is a Community Partner offering many special programs designed specifically for Girl Scouts. Children have a special place at the Hunter House Victorian Museum; in fact, our only membership program is one for children! The museum is the headquarters for a local chapter of the Victorian Society in America, the Eloise Hunter Chapter.
