Allied Arts is a non-profit community arts agency that operates the John Marlor Arts Center.
The John Marlor Arts Center is one of the facilities of Allied Arts. The house was the home of noted Milledgeville architect, John Marlor.
Allied Arts mission is to bring an assortment of visual and performance art to the citizens of Milledgeville and Baldwin County.
The John Marlor Arts Center was built in 1830 by John Marlor as a wedding present for his second wife, Ann Carlton. The house, originally a 2 over 2 Milledgeville Federal Style home, was renovated and now houses Allied Arts offices and the Elizabeth Marlor Bethune Art Gallery.
