Description

S. history and the second most powerful politician in the United States during the Great Depression of the 1930s. The Museum exhibits photographs, cartoons, art, historical documents, and memorabilia reflecting Garner's life and career.

History

Over the years, the home served as a city library, historical museum, and community meeting facility. In 1999, the City of Uvalde, donated the museum to Center for American History at the University of Texas at Austin.
