The Spokane Valley Heritage Museum is a unique walk through the history and culture of the Valley. The museum is located in a 1912 historical landmark. The museum is heavy on artifacts and exhibits which engage all senses. The museum is colorful and appeals to every generation. Outside exhibit space is currently being developed.
The Spokane Valley Heritage Museum was formed to collect, preserve and exhibit the history and culture of the Spokane Valley for the education and inspiration of the community.
The Museum is operated by the Spokane Valley Legacy Foundation, a 501 c3 organization. The organization was formed in 2002. The SVLF owns the historical building that houses the museum. The building is the last remaining Township Hall in the State of Washington.
Artifacts depicting the Valley's development from Irrigation artifacts to Apple Orchard equipment and photos. Telecommunications exhibit, Felts Field Aviation exhibit, Under One Sky exhibit telling the story of Spokane Valley between 1800-1890.
