Public service information is provided free to the community through our "Let's Talk Clovis" and "Clovis Living Legend" programs at the Clovis District Memorial Building, 453 Hughes, on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM. The series are filmed and made available to the public for review.

We are the Clovis, CA, historical museum established to expand the knowledge of the Clovis area's significant past regarding our early enhabitants and immigrants.
We are located at the south-east corner of Pollasky Ave and Fourth Street, in the heart of Old Town Clovis, amid cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops, tea rooms, delis, flower shops, the Clovis Chamber of Commerce, and antiques stores galore. A visit to the Clovis Museum can be an adventure for you and your family in this down-town area

The City of Clovis, CA, is a centenial city, having been established on February 27, 1912, in the county of Fresno, CA.

5. Bi-monthly written historical articles for local newspapers
The museum is located in a historical building at the South-East corner of 4th Street and Pollasky Ave, the heart of Old Down-Town Clovis. Originally built as the 1st State Bank, it was converted to the Clovis Municipal Courthouse when the bank experienced bancruptcy in the early 1930s.
The museum is governed by the Officers and Board members of the Clovis-Big Dry Creek Historical Society, a California non-profit agency.

The Clovis-Big Dry Creek Historical Society publishes a monthly newsletter to paid members only, but, our web site, clovis-museum.com, is available at all times for distribution of our lecture schedule and the schedule of meetings for the Board.
