The Robesonia Furnace operated from 1794 to 1927 making pig iron. The Friends of the Robesonia Furnace operate a small musuem in what was the original Robesonia Furnace Firehouse.The musuem contains displays on the furnace operation and the town of Robesonia.
The mission of the Friends of the Robesonia Furnace is to preserve the history of the former Robesonia Iron Company,LTD and the borough of Robesonia.
