Museum currently is closed for renovations.
Currently Closed due to being abandoned by former museum board. Our goal is to open as soon as possible to the public. The museum belongs to the community and in good faith, we will continue to work to see that the museum is once again open to the public.

Admissions

When reopened there will be no admission fee to enter. The museum will instead be operated as donation only.

Description

The Triangle Heritage Museum in Cleveland, Oklahoma contains historical documents and artifacts from the towns of Cleveland, Hallett, Jennings, Terlton, Blackburn and Maramec in Pawnee County.

Oil museum dedicated to the history of Cleveland, Oklahoma and surrounding communities, referred to as “the Triangle” area of the Cherokee Outlet. Currently closed for renovations.

Cultural Museum of the oil industry and the pioneers that helped to build Cleveland into an “Oil City.” Step back in time and take in the sights. View the Sneed log cabin located on the premises or the antique oil industry equipment

Mission

Our mission is to educate new generations of the effect the oil industry had on early 20th century culture.

History

The Triangle Museum Association was established in 1974.

Artifact Collections

Early 20th century photos, Native American relics, local athletes memorabilia, etc...

Educational Programs

When reopened, the Museum will be offering educational classes to the students in the surrounding school systems.

Governance

Current Reformed Museum Board consists of President; Mary Lee, and Cindy Sheets; Association Secretary.

Publications

Annual Reports and information is made available online for public inspection, through the Secretary of State website.
