The Gadsden Arts Center is a cultural gem is located in the heart of downtown historic Quincy, Florida, right on the courthouse square. Only 20 miles west of Tallahassee, the Gadsden Arts Center presents a wide variety of exhibitions representing nationally recognized to local and emerging artists, and art of cultural or historical importance, and artwork by area school children. The Gadsden Arts Center Gift Shop offers unique art and crafts by over 100 regional artists.

Gallery North is an institution of the North Campus of the Miami-Dade Community College with a yearly program of exhibitions on a non-profit basis and free to students & public. Our exhibition program is designed to provide our students with a learning opportunity through a first-hand and direct experience with the Visual Arts in a comprehensive variety of media and styles. Visual Art exhibitions and lectures have been presented at the North Campus through the Art and Philosophy Department and Gallery North since 1968. Juan Espinosa-Almodovar is Interim Gallery Director for Gallery North since September 1, 1997.

Ten years of hard work and dreaming on the part of many Goldenrod citizens came to fruition on Friday, August 11, 2000. On that day, the Goldenrod Historical Society accepted the keys to the Goldenrod Fire Station from Orange County as the first step in developing a new Community Center to be called the Goldenrod Station and Museum. Celebration of the Grand Opening of the Museum was held on October 6, 2001. As a community center the renovated Fire Station is also available to the community for business meetings, club meetings and social events. The rentals from these events help defray the cost of maintaining the Station.

Step back in time and enjoy the elegance and pageantry of over 160 European and American Carriages, including the elaborate 1850 Armbruster Dress Chariot once owned by Emperor of Austria Franz Joseph, and his wife, Elisabeth. Our Museum uniquely offers a glimpse into the history of the relationship between man and horse and clearly defines the manner in which the horse has helped shape the history of man.
