Harry P. Leu Gardens
Orlando, Florida

Botanical Garden, History, Science

Explore an amazing botanical oasis nearly 50-acres minutes from Downtown Orlando. Each garden is designed specifically to further our mission: inspire visitors to appreciate and understand plants. The garden and historical home were deeded to the City of Orlando in 1961 by Mr. Harry P. Leu and his wife, Mary Jane. We hope you enjoy your visit.

Orlando Science Center
Orlando, Florida

Science

The Orlando Science Center serves as the hub of informal science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) learning in central Florida. Each year more than 300,000 guests enjoy interactive and engaging exhibits and demonstrations as well as our giant screen films, planetarium shows and observatory. School break and summer camps provide thousands of children from preschool through high school to explore science concepts from engineering to CSI, in-depth and hands-on. Our newest addition, preschool, serves 4 years olds, engaging them in exploration at very young age. Check out our Dark Science program weekend evenings during the summer. From laser shows to our ever popular Kaboom!, there is something for everyone.
