We feature Flathead V-8 engines, transmissions, rear axles (many of them "cut-a-way" models showing the inner workings); tons of memorabilia, service items, including test equipment and tools; a dashboard collection, carburetors, tires & rims, clocks for every early V-8 year; Schramm air compressors, showroom banners, advertising posters, and on and on.

The mission of The Early Ford V-8 Museum is to honor Henry Ford and Ford Motor Company products - past, present, and future. The museum will be an educational and research model for all to enjoy.
Created in 1991, the Early Ford V-8 Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, educational organization dedicated to "Preserving 1932-1953 Early Ford V-8 History." This includes all related materials produced by the Ford Motor Company during this period, including cars and trucks. A separate organization, The Early Ford V-8 Club of America, is dedicated to the preservation and restoration of the vehicles. Both organizations complement each other, and many Early Ford V-8 Foundation members are also members of the V-8 Club.
The ultimate goal of the Foundation is to have one facility dedicated to the 1932-1953 era of the Ford Motor Company. Land has been purchased in Auburn, Indiana, and Phase I of our complex has been constructed. We are now raising funds to build Phase II, which will be the main museum building. It will be the only one of its kind in the world. In the meantime, an ongoing Foundation effort is made to seek out and acquire significant and important pieces of Ford history, up to and including, V-8 Fords, Mercury and Lincolns from this era.
A research library is being created with various pieces of literature including publications, brochures, manuals and other materials printed by Ford during this period. This will become an invaluable source of information for restorers and historians of the Ford V-8 in the future. Funds for the Foundation come from membership dues and donations from individuals and organizations who realize preserving this period of automotive history is important.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, the Foundation, unlike the Early Ford V-8 Club, can offer tax benefits for donations of memorabilia, vehicles and money. Annual dues are $25.
