Whether it's touring our historical buildings, or helping a young lady cider press near the gardens...there is always something new to discover at the village. Meet our villagers and learn about their lives in 1836. Help them prepare traditional hearth cooked meals or simply marvel at their unusual speech.

Each year the HSOG offers a multitude of exhibitions, events, tours, and educational programs to residents and visitors, peaking in the summer months. The Camden County Historical Society provides a research and genealogy library, two story Camden County Museum that interprets the history of Camden City and Camden County from the Lenape Indians to the present and Pomona Hall a historic, colonial mansion that was the home of the Cooper family. Originally built in 1726 and expanded in 1788 the home is furnished in period appropriate furnishings and tells the story of the daily lives of the Cooper family.

Thomas Warne Museum

Thomas Warne Museum stands on the brink of a becoming a vital historical site in Old Bridge amid the burgeoning of suburban sprawl. The museum is a source of historical data from the earliest days of the town's history. Michael Launay, VP of the Madison Township Historical Society, has authored a book with the assistance of former museum curator, Alvia Martin, "Old Bridge" and is currently working on "Old Bridge Founding Families" for the society. The museum contains a 1912 film, "The Juggernaut" filmed locally on a waxed spindel, various pottery jars, hand-turned wrought iron and the original one-room school house in which the museum is located. Another facet of the museum is the geneological data and photos as well as maps of antiquity.

Vintage Computer Federation Museum

We collect, preserve, and restore computer artifacts in order to educate the public about the history of the information age. Currently we have four exhibits: mainframes, minicomputers, microcomputers, and modern times. Many of the systems are restored and operable under docent supervision. Our collection also includes software, documentation, and all types of peripherals.

Woodruff Museum of Indian Artifacts

Found in the Woodruff Museum of Indian Artifacts, located in the lower level of the Bridgeton Free Public Library at 150 E. Commerce Street in Bridgeton, NJ, are some 30,000 pieces on Native American relics creatively laid out in display cases.
